We are hiring Behavior Aides/Techs to assist students with a range of academic and behavioral needs across K–12 campuses for the upcoming school year.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Work directly with students in 1:1 or small group settings
+ Support behavior goals by following individualized plans
+ Assist with classroom participation and daily routines
+ Partner with teachers and staff to support student progress
+ Help create a consistent and positive learning environment

**Work Schedule**

School-based hours, Monday through Friday:

+ Full-Time: 30hr/weeks
+ Part-Time: 6hr/days, up to 30hr/week
