Class 2 Cat C Driver

We are seeking a professional and reliable Class 2 Cat C Driver to join our well-established client's logistics team based near Pershore, Worcesteshire. As an experienced and skilled Class 2 Truck Driver, the successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe transportation of goods and ensuring timely deliveries whilst adhering to all company and road safety regulations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and excellent driving skills, with an emphasis on commercial driving experience.

Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

* Plan routes effectivelyand communicating with customers and despatch to optimise delivery schedules and minimise delays.
