Class 1A Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1A Driver to join our client’s team in Charlottetown. This role involves hauling to Nova Scotia and returning daily, offering consistent hours and a strong opportunity for long-term employment.THE JOB

Haul scrap metal using dump trailers, step decks, and conventional trailers

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including proper documentation

Safely tarp and secure loads

Perform basic maintenance and general housekeeping on equipment

Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations

WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

Shifts: 10–12 hours per day, 4-day work week (consistent day off each week)

Route: One load to Nova Scotia and one return load per shift; Home daily (departing from and returning to PEI each shift)

$22.50 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
