Job Description
GI Group are currently recruiting Class 1 drivers for our Internationally known client in Sittingbourne (ME10). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road-based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics. Drivers shifts and Pay:
We are looking for Class 1 Drivers to work on an ongoing basis:
- Monday to Friday
- 1100 start times - 8-10 hr shifts
- £18.33 per hour*
- £27.50 per hour* after 40 hrs
* Please note that the pay rate is PAYE and include advanced holiday pay
Duties will include:
- Conducting Vehicle pre-checks
- Making a maximum of 10 deliveries / collections per day
- Scanning and loading of own vehicle
- Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met
