The Clarity Operations Manager provides support for project management and project portfolio management tools used by Canada Life, and primarily, the Clarity Project Portfolio Management system. The manager leads a team that includes a business analyst, a support analyst, and two Clarity developers. The mandate for the team is to maintain access to the tools, and support continuous improvement of features and controls to enhance their utility for project managers, PMO teams, delivery teams, executives, and portfolio managers. The Clarity Operations Manager ensures the team maintains the confidence of key stakeholders by identifying and addressing usability issues and by working with other members of the Clarity and Data Analysis team to develop and support a data quality framework to improve and maintain data quality.
