• Oversee and manage the entire claims lifecycle from registration and assessment to final settlement and recovery.
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making on complex or high-value commercial claims.
• Ensure all claims are processed in strict compliance with policy wordings, insurer mandates, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise and negotiate effectively with loss adjusters, assessors, attorneys, and insurers to ensure fair and prompt settlement.
