Insight Global is assisting a legal services client of ours in identifying a Claims Investigator for their growing team.
• Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representative who are victims of defective drugs or devices, environmental contamination, or have a general personal injury claim
• Conducts pre-litigation investigations, aspects of discovery work, reviewing records, drafting correspondence, analytical work, and updates, follows and guides claimant through the pre-litigation process
• Coordinating and following up on the retrieval of claimant’s records.
• Review medical records, annotating records following our robust bookmarking procedures
• Point of contact for your claimants, providing updates to their claim
• Interprets and disseminates information concerning claims and casework to supervisors
• Undertake a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling claimant appointments, managing calendars, and ...
