Job Description

The Opportunity
 As a Claims & Investigation Lawyer, you will work closely with senior compliance, HR and insurance specialists, reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Claims. You will support the identification, management and resolution of claims, complaints and professional responsibility matters, helping to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure effective risk management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the management of professional indemnity and employment claims and circumstances.
Liaising with insurers, brokers and external legal advisers.
Supporting insurance renewal processes and advising on policy coverage issues.
Managing and investigating client complaints and monitoring associated risks.
Assisting with the development of policies, training materials and internal guidance.
Preparing reports, analysing claims data and identifying trends and emerging risks.
