Job Description
The Claim Specialist (Region) is responsible for deploying, ensuring and maintaining the application of the claim process in the region to ensure a maximum return from claims.
The role works closely with Service Operation, Material Management, Sourcing and Finance/Accounting end-to-end claim management. The Claim Specialist drives the claim process in the region and plays a critical role in the profitability of the region.
Roles Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the warranty administration system, focusing on internal coordination and data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing claim documentation and participate in negotiations with vendors under supervision.
- Contribute to settlement discussions for labor and material costs, primarily for straightforward cases or under guidance.
