Due to continued success in securing projects, this leading civil contractor are now seeking to add an additional Civil Supervisor to their Wellington team.
In this Civil Supervisor role, you'll be responsible for leading site operations, delivering civil projects safely, to programme and specification. Your day to day responsibilities will include managing crews, subcontractors and resources across subdivision, earthwork, roading, 3 waters and general infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities, coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors
- Drive programme delivery, track progress, and resolve issues
- Read plans and support work planning/sequencing
- Lead crews, toolbox talks, and pre-starts
