Job Description
CIVIL SOLUTIONS ESTIMATOR
The role
As a part of the Civil team, the Civil Solutions Estimator will contribute to the production and execution of Civil Solution tenders and projects.
Further, the successful candidate will:
- Work with the engineering team to analyse tender requirements, develop technical solutions and develop a Bill of Materials.
- Assist Supply Chain with developing Statements of Works for subcontractors, preparing RFP and analysing tender responses from subcontractors
- Supply the BOM to Supply Chain and assist with obtaining and analysing quotes from suppliers
- Gather estimates for labour, subcontracting and materials and enter into the pricing tool.
- Assist in risk workshops and enter risk provisions into pricing tool.
- Produce cash flow and payment schedules
- Produce pricing data in the RFT format
- Assist in the development of the tender returnable
