CIVIL SOLUTIONS ESTIMATOR
The role
As a part of the Civil team, the Civil Solutions Estimator will contribute to the production and execution of Civil Solution tenders and projects.
Further, the successful candidate will:
Work with the engineering team to analyse tender requirements, develop technical solutions and develop a Bill of Materials.Assist Supply Chain with developing Statements of Works for subcontractors, preparing RFP and analysing tender responses from subcontractorsSupply the BOM to Supply Chain and assist with obtaining and analysing quotes from suppliersGather estimates for labour, subcontracting and materials and enter into the pricing tool.Assist in risk workshops and enter risk provisions into pricing tool.Produce cash flow and payment schedulesProduce pricing data in the RFT formatAssist in the development of the tender returnableAssist th...
