Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with hands-on experience in California Workers Compensation cases. This is a remote, contract position supporting attorneys primarily in administrative and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with California WCAB procedures, and able to manage tasks independently with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents related to Workers Compensation cases, including Applications for Adjudication, Declarations of Readiness, Petitions, and Settlement Documents (e.g., C&R, Stipulations).
