Civil Foreman – Calgary

The Civil Construction Foreman will provide on-site direction, coordination, and supervision to ensure completion and quality of civil work on our multi-family residential construction sites near Calgary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction means and methods.

 

Your contributions to the team:

+ Perform civil works coordination, inspections, and quantity measurement

+ Check grades and elevations of newly installed infrastructure

+ Monitor and coordinate contractor progress to ensure work is completed within construction schedule

+ Check for compliance to plans and specifications

+ Review and confirmation of monthly progress worksheets and measurements

+ Maintain an as-built plan and communicate changes to Civil Team

+ Follow up on deficiencies to ensure timely correction and completion of work
