Civil Engineering Technician / Draughtsman
A well‑established consulting engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician / Civil Draughtsman to join its growing design team in Cape Town. This permanent opportunity is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who is passionate about civil infrastructure projects and enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineers and Technologists with the following tasks:
- Draughting/Preparation of civil engineering drawings
- Assist with the preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Prepare as-built drawings and close-out reports
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Non‑negotiable)
- Relevant Draughtman Qualification (Non‑negotiable)
- Competent with Civil Designer and AutoCAD
- Good communication and people skills
