 A client is seeking a Civil Engineer III (CE III) with experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects to support complex municipal infrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of projects from initial concept through construction and start-up, including preparing cost estimates and coordinating field activities. The engineer will direct junior staff and technical teams in the development and review of plans, specifications, and project deliverables. Additionally, this individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure all client requirements and contractual commitments are met. The position requires regular collaboration with internal teams and attendance at client, council, and board meetings, including occasional after-hours engagements.
