Job Description
Summary The Civil Crew Foreman provides supervisory support to a ground crew for all aspects of construction. This could include but is not limited to pouring foundations, installing fencing, assisting with grounding, and maintaining the area surrounding a site and/or towers. This is a safety-sensitive position. Key Responsibilities Safety First – Put safety first and production second. Always. On-site supervision of all related construction activities defined in the scope of work, both day and night. Supervise and lead team members, setting clear expectations and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain the project timeline as stated by the Construction Manager/Project Manager. Complete daily site field report.
