We are looking for a Medior Citrix System Engineer to manage and support Windows and Citrix server environments. You will handle second-level support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the stability and performance of the infrastructure within the Group Server Team Windows.
Manage and maintain the Windows Server and Citrix environments on a daily basis.
Provide second-level support, handling incidents and requests escalated by the helpdesk.
Investigate and troubleshoot environmental and user-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Monitor, maintain and optimize the Citrix infrastructure (Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Workspace, Director, Studio, NetScaler).
Collaborate with the Group Server Team Windows and other IT teams to ensure high availability...
