Cinema Floor Staff

As a key member of our cinema team, you will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, memorable experience from the moment they arrive until the credits roll. You will work across our Box Office, Café and Cinema Screens, supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Guest Service & Sales

Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome, assisting guests with ticket purchases, admissions and general enquiries.

Box Office & Concessions Service: Process ticket sales, serve food and beverages, and ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
