C&I Project Designer

Position SummaryThe C&I Project Designer is responsible for supporting the technical design and development of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar racking projects for the U.S. market.
This position focuses on creating accurate, code-compliant designs, generating racking layouts, Bill of Materials (BOMs), design files, and technical documentation for standard project scopes.
Working closely with the C&I Project Design Manager, C&I Project Engineers and C&I Technical Coordinators, the C&I Project Designer ensures that all project requirements are met, all designs align with client specifications and U.S. codes, and all deliverables are completed on time.
When projects fall outside standard design parameters, the Designer collaborates with the C&I Project Engineer to transition the project for advanced engineering calculations, PE-stamped documents, or permit package development.
