We’re Hiring: Church & Dwight Customer Service Representative - French & English
At Netzon Grou p, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone and Email).
Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationship s.
Fluency in both French and English.
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
