By supporting inventory, boutique administration, logistics, and operational processes, you enable a seamless client journey while supporting the sales team in delivering the exceptional service from the House of Dior.

• Be a key referent to review all aftersales clients' requests, boutique KPIs and follow up with administrative tasks
