Christian Dior Field Trainer (boutique based)

Position

A boutique Field Trainer is responsible for defining training boutique's team knowledge gaps and training needs in collaboration with boutique department managers and ultimately boutique directors.

The role is responsible for delivering all on‑the‑field activities and programs, including the definition and execution of a monthly Diorly (team briefing) calendar according to team gaps and needs, in collaboration with boutique department managers.

The field trainer is a shop‑floor base role and will spend time on the floor observing, providing feedback and on‑spot coaching to Sales Associates while monitoring performance based on KPIs, NPS and CX reports.

Responsible for completing the in‑boutique On‑boarding program for 100% of boutique new joiners, including training on all Dior app and retail platforms.
