About the Role
We’re looking for a Call Centre Operator to join our team in Hamilton. You will be working for an important client, in a fast‑paced communications and support environment. This is very much a call centre and operations support role, where you’ll be handling incoming calls, monitoring systems, and coordinating responses across multiple platforms. Everyday work requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised while multitasking across systems.
Duties
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional contact centre environment
- Monitoring CCTV and critical alarm systems
- Supporting access and compliance processes within a telecommunications environment
- Logging, updating, and managing incident reports
- Raising, tracking, and following up fault tickets
