Children's Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

Tamesideare is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to gain experience within children’s services. You will receive the training and support needed to carry out the duties required. The role offers flexibility for full‑time or part‑time contracts, a fair and manageable caseload, and additional training to develop your portfolio. The position is initially for 3–6 months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, treatment and management to address the children and family's needs, based on sound clinical reasoning.
• Support in the development of training packages for school staff, parents and other professionals as required.
• Support them in identifying concerns regarding the child/young person's needs and implement therapy advice effectively.
