Children's Home Manager - EBD & Trauma-Informed Lead

Ainsworth Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Registered Manager to lead a network of homes in the Chester, Warrington and Holywell area. You will drive high standards of care, ensure Ofsted registration and compliance, and deliver measurable outcomes for the children in placement.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma‑informed practice, robust risk management and the ability to develop staff through coaching and internal progression pathways.
