We are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a children’s residential home in Burton-on-Trent, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a safe and therapeutic environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker looking to progress into a leadership role within a supportive and child-focused service.

Pay & Shift Details

£15.20 per hour with overtime paid at an additional £1.25 per hour after 170 hours per month. The role is contracted at 155 hours per month and includes sleep-in payments.

Shifts typically run from 7:30am to 11:00pm, with sleep-ins from 11:00pm to 8:00am. Where waking nights are required during sleep-in shifts, these are paid at the standard hourly rate. The rota includes weekends and varies between 2–3 shifts per we...
