The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct clerical support to the Family Member Program Flight to include: Child Development Center, Preschool, School Age Program, Youth Center, and the Training& Curriculum Staff. Responsibilities Uses a variety of office automation software to perform advance office automation functions such as word-processing, spread sheets, graphs, presentation slides, electronic mail, and update data in electronic files. Receives, directs callers/visitors, provides information about the organization, functions, activities, personnel, and enrolls children in center programs and checks patrons into the center. Computes, collects, records fees, and assists in the control of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
