Job Description
Role Summary Own the account’s end‑to‑end technology and service solution, from bid through run. Lead complex multi–service line transformations, service integration, and operational excellence. Act as trusted advisor to customer IT leadership; shape the roadmap and innovation portfolio. 1) Detailed Duties / Role Expectations & Responsibilities Own the E2E technology & service solution for the account; maintain visibility of risks/issues and drive proactive service improvement and innovation. Lead across the lifecycle: Shaping/Winning, Transforming, Executing and Growing, ensuring solutions are deliverable and value‑accretive. Define the account technology roadmap aligned to the customer’s IT strategy; manage the innovation portfolio, shape and review transformative proposals. Provide technical guidance during complex Major Incidents; ensure learnings feed into problem management and continuous improvement.
