• Develop and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan, integrating requirements from agencies and sectors and identify related marketing initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing programs and annual plans including initiatives and projects related to road safety for different groups, ensuring effective followup on their implementation.
• Manage marketing governance, including budgets, goals, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with RTA’s strategy and sustainability framework.
• Lead innovation initiatives focused on consumer‑centric platforms and ROI‑driven studies aligned with strategic priorities.
