We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead enterprise-wide risk management for a leading organization within the financial services industry.
This executive role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the organization's risk framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and embedding a strong risk culture across all business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across all business units within a highly regulated financial environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks, including credit, market, operational, liquidity, compliance, and reputational risks.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, supervisory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders on all risk-related matters.
