Chief Risk Officer - Strategic Risk & Resilience Leader

Eskom Holdings SOC Limited is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to provide enterprise-wide oversight of risk management across Eskom and its subsidiaries. The CRO informs strategy, capital allocation and funding decisions with forward-looking risk intelligence. Key responsibilities include directing the risk strategy, enforcing the Three Lines of Defence, integrating ESG and climate risks, strengthening resilience and crisis management, and delivering independent risk reporting to the Board.
