Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform
Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system
Make data-driven decisions: metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog)
Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance
Start as a one-man show and build your team as Enso grows
What we're looking for
5+ years in digital product (startup/scaleup)
Full-stack profile: strong UX/UI (Figma) and analytical rigour
Advanced AI usage in your daily workflow (Claude, ChatGPT…) — requirement, not a nice-to-have
Ability to execute fast in high-velocity environments
Fluent in English, good in Spanish · Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
