We have partnered with our client who is currently looking for a COO to join their business in Johannesburg, report to the CEO, and be part of a business that has seen exceptional growth since its launch.
This role is to build and maintain an eco-system for the business and ensure the following is being driven:

Value creation across all regions in Africa where the business has a presence and ensuring each territory follows the correct operational directions. Operational excellence across all the regions. Build talent capabilities across the regions for the best talent within the group, ensuring the business has subject matter experts driving performance and culture, promoting culture, and setting the right tone for succession plans.
