Chief Operating Officer

(COO) provides strategic and operational leadership for Aseneskak Casino and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The COO is responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long‑term organizational growth while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

The COO leads all major operational areas including casino operations, finance, human resources, facilities, compliance, marketing, and business development. Working closely with the Board and leadership team, the COO develops and implements strategic plans, operational policies, budgets, and performance goals that support the organization’s mission and long‑term success.
