Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Main Purpose

Partnering with the CEO and executive team, the Chief Operating Officer will have overarching responsibility for all day-to-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in insurance management with high levels of sales, operational and financial knowledge.
• 5 years' experience as a department head, team leader or senior level position within an agency.
• Superior negotiation and presentation skills with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• BCom in finance or related field.
• Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points up to date.
• Strong insurance knowledge for commercial lines & personal lines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills along with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Afrikaans speaking.
