Role Summary

We are hiring a highly capable Chief of Staff to act as the founder's right hand across multiple businesses and personal operations. This role is uniquely multi‑entity, blending executive support, operations, project management, and financial/legal coordination across several ventures and personal affairs. You will step into an environment where little is structured today and own the build‑out of systems, processes, and execution end‑to‑end. High trust, high autonomy, high visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the founder's inbox, calendar, travel, and day‑to‑day personal operations across multiple businesses
• Build and maintain systems for organization, tracking, and execution (Notion dashboards, trackers, SOPs)
