Position Summary
The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business and project leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce productivity, and culture across multiple construction sites, while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors for data-driven HR decision-making and digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with Regional Directors, Project Heads, and Functional Leaders to drive business outcomes
Translate business plans into HR strategies for manpower, productivity, and capability building
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
