Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (SGX Listed Engineering Conglomerates)

The Group CFO will lead the finance function across multiple business units and legal entities, acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board. This role carries full responsibility for financial governance, listed-company compliance, stakeholder management, and using finance as a lever to drive sustainable business performance. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment, with strong exposure to board-level engagement, banking relationships, and SGX regulatory requirements.
