Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - F&B (Ayam Gepuk AG)

The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of Ayam Gepuk AG, supporting rapid expansion across outlets and potential regional growth. This role is responsible for financial planning, cost control, cash flow management, and ensuring profitability across all restaurant locations while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth.

Advise CEO on expansion plans (new outlets, franchising, regional markets).

Drive profitability and sustainable growth.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and margins.

3. Cash Flow & Cost Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.

Monitor food cost, wastage, and supply chain expenses.
