Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on CFO to lead the finance function, partner with executive leadership and drive financial performance, governance and capital strategy within a growing EPCM and renewable energy‑focused organisation. This is a long‑term appointment for a leader who is committed to building and growing with the business.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) registered with SAICA – essential/non‑negotiable
• 10–15 years’ progressive finance experience, including 5+ years at CFO / FD / Head of Finance level
• Experience in construction, engineering, EPC/EPCM or renewable energy sectors is highly advantageous
• Proven experience in project finance, long‑term revenue recognition, and multi‑project environments
• Strong financial leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capability
