Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in structuring scaling and financing our growth. This role requires both a strategist and an operator: someone who can design world-class financial frameworks while managing the realities of a high-growth start-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of corporate finance : fundraising strategy deal structuring (SAFE convertible notes equity/debt mix) investor relations and reporting.
