This platform sits at the intersection of manufacturing, industrials, logistics, and essential services — sectors where we have deep operating experience and proven success. The mission is to build the next-generation independent leader in a $B+ fragmented industry, spanning janitorial, engineering, HVAC, lighting, energy efficiency, pest control, sustainable/LEED cleaning, and other maintenance verticals.

The CEO will take the reins of a powerful foundation and lead the integration of three regional businesses into one national, institutional-quality operator — uniting teams, driving efficiencies, and positioning the platform for sustained growth through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.
