Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Hospital

Overview

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer for their client, a multispecialty hospital in Dubai, UAE, which is in a growth and scale‑up phase following a greenfield setup. We are looking for seasoned healthcare leaders with a proven track record of successfully building, stabilising and transforming a greenfield hospital into a profitable and sustainable operation within Dubai or the UAE. Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of healthcare experience, including at least 5 to 8 years in a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role within a hospital environment.
