Job Qualifications

Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 years in building/facilities management

Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of building operations and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee an efficient preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and facilities.
• Aim to prevent equipment breakdowns, reduce repair costs, and maximize the useful life of assets.
• Lead and monitor the implementation of projects and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approved specifications, standards, and quality.
