Chief Engineer, AI Developer Experience & Platform

Technical Summary:

Senior individual-contributor role within Kaiser Permanente's Developer Experience / DevSecOps Platform team, serving as technical authority and strategist for enterprise AI developer enablement. Leads through expertise and influence (non-people-manager), owning the GitHub platform ecosystem and AI-assisted developer tooling to deliver faster, safer, and more productive software development.

Defines enterprise strategy for AI-assisted tools-GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and emerging solutions-in partnership with KP's AI Council and Enterprise Architecture.
