Chief Design Visionary & Creative Leader

RMJM is looking for a Creative Design Director to provide overall creative leadership and ensure design excellence across all projects in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves defining the creative direction, leading the design strategy, and mentoring senior architects to develop the department's creative capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience and an award-winning portfolio showcasing their strong creative vision.
