Are you a Senior Civil & Structural Engineering authority with a proven track record of delivering massive EPC energy projects in the Middle East region? Arkad is expanding its operations for a strategic, local EPC project in the Abu Dhabi area. We are looking for a high-caliber Chief Civil Engineer to join us under an Abu Dhabi contractual framework.
Note: This position focuses strictly on full technical scope execution and project delivery ownership for the assigned project, rather than hierarchical team management or tutoring.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
