The Role
The Chief Audit Executive will lead the group’s internal audit function across all entities. This role will design audit plans, conduct risk-based audits, and report findings to the audit committee. A key focus will be strengthening internal controls and governance processes. The CAE will also coordinate with external auditors and regulators. This role requires independence, judgment, and strong board interaction.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior internal audit leadership experience within large organisations. Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks is essential.
