Aceve in Finland seeks a strategic, hands‑on Director, Business Systems to lead the transformation of internal systems. You will architect the next phase of Aceve’s operational infrastructure, focusing on ERP, CRM, HRIS, PSA, subscription management, and support tools to enable scalable growth.

You will design critical workflows, drive automation and standardization, and manage post‑acquisition integrations.
